TSKF Group Ltd provides procurement and logistics coordination from its base in United Kingdom. We coordinate requests for cargo insurance with insurance providers where agreed. Cover depends on the cargo, route, insured value and the provider’s acceptance.
Agree what needs to be covered
The insured interest, value, voyage, transport modes and period of cover must be clear before the shipment. Carrier liability is not a substitute for cargo insurance.
Review the policy terms
Cover, exclusions, deductibles, limits and claims requirements are determined by the policy. Even an all-risks wording has exclusions; loss-free delivery or payment of a claim cannot be guaranteed.
Know the claims process
Damage or loss should be notified promptly in accordance with the policy and transport documents. Keep evidence, delivery reservations and supporting records. The insurer decides claims under the policy terms.
