TSKF Group Ltd and its sister company TSKF Holdings Limited (registered in Ireland, CRO number 646487) are under common ownership and management. Director of both companies: Dmitry Kuznetsov.
Know your customer
Before we enter into a contract, we identify our counterparties: we verify the legal entity, its registration details and its beneficial owners, and we confirm the business purpose of the shipment or supply. We do not act for undisclosed principals.
Sanctions and export controls
We screen counterparties, end users, goods and routes against the sanctions lists of the United Kingdom (OFSI), the European Union, the United Nations and the United States (OFAC). We check goods for export-control and dual-use classification and decline any transaction that would breach applicable sanctions or export-control rules.
Payments
All payments are made by bank transfer between the contracting parties named in the contract and invoice. We do not accept payments from, or make payments to, third parties that are not party to the transaction.
Anti-bribery and corruption
We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or facilitation payments, and we expect the same from our suppliers, carriers and agents. We conduct our business in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010.
Shipment documentation
Every engagement is supported by a written contract and a full set of trade documents: commercial invoice, packing list, transport document (bill of lading, air waybill or CMR), insurance certificate where applicable, and customs declarations. We keep these records in line with UK legal requirements and make them available to banks, auditors and authorities on lawful request.
Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, only for the purposes of our contracts and our legal obligations.
